This just happened for me at table #409779502.

I selected the heist "Jewelry" which needed two guns and one purple fist. I tapped the right gangsters to achieve those skills and all of the skills disappeared from the bar next to the "confirm" button, as they do when you have satisfied them. But when I clicked "confirm" I got the message "you do not have enough skill to perform this heist".

I tried again and got the same result. Then I refreshed the page and my two previously available gangsters were tapped and unavailable.

Hi guys, from what I can see, you all have suffered from the same issue. I've checked the game history on the game for chrysanthemum454 and Mahelma (I couldn't find yours Nasenbar) but I saw that you both succeeded in performing the heists you mentioned so I didn't see any error at that stage. Another question, was it a one off or is it a recurring problem? Whenever you have such an issue, refresh your page (F5) and try again.

I also got this in game #442804622, Move #90, Progression 60%

smci tried to perform Rival gangs (Leader + Gun + 2 Sniper + Punch) which I have enough untapped skills for, but was told I don't.

One possible root-cause to investigate is three of my gangsters have learned skills. Maybe it miscounts those.

^ Symptom: it seems the untap of gangsters 5,6 was buggy. At first it allowed me to successfully untapp them (and I was able to select them for the heist), but when I reload it shows them still tapped.
Perhaps the maintenance earlier today (10am Paris time) scrambled the database state.
