Ziņojuma vēsture
I could have done it after research (several planets accessible, I would have had at least one to built one turn later), but I forgot the knowledge limit.
Instead of 16K I only had 15, resulting in a VP loss of 3.
If you dont want to implement to an undo button, despite BGA policy, because it's too complex that's fine, but please add a warning for such cases
