After every move I do in many different games, the game doesn’t renew the screen automatically as it used to be and I have to refresh the page to confirm the move, what makes the games slow and boring to me and other players. We confirmed in Brazilian BGA comunity in WhatsApp it has been happening to many diferent players in many diferent games, we also informed “Gilson Segundo”, a Brazilian player who is in BGA official team of helpers to all users (feel free to contact him too for more details if necessary). I’m a premium user since years, the problem started just in 2025. Could you please help us all on this issue? Thank you very much.

Ziņojuma vēsture
I myself have experienced it in Mozilla and Chrome
we are currently facing a difficult outage that affects some of our players, mostly from the Russian Federation but also from other countries. The root cause is still unclear but we suspect some kind of filtering either from our provider or from some other routers.
What is sure is that some IP are partially filtered, which causes lags or disconnections. We are investigating, in the meantime, if you have a VPN or can use a mobile phone as a hotspot or a different connection, please use it to be able to access BGA.
As there are lots of duplicates bugs, I will close them to only keep the most upvoted one, boardgamearena.com/bug?id=164966
