2020 19. apr. 12:30 • As the rules say, the player who chooses to play the closest to A alphabetically is the one to take the first turn, and it works, but comparing the cards in English, so in other language the rule is not followed really. The point is that as playing in an international platform and players with different languages, it's ok to have the rule for english names, but this MUST be known by players.
So there are two possibilities:
1. If the players have the game in the same language, this language should be used to compare the cards
2. If the players don't use the same language, the english can be taken, but the information about the name in english should be known, maybe in the tooltip or with an special dialog only for this very moment, explaining that the cards' titles are going to be compared with ther english titles.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.

I definitely don't want to implement approach #1 that you mentioned though (nor is it feasible).

2023 18. feb. 18:25 • When I was translating I came to idea to do titles of 1st era cards 'english (mylanguage)'. Maybe it could be implemented that way that when english alphabetic order is used - display english name, then translated name?

2023 18. feb. 18:33 • The only problem would be number of letters as both english and translated could result in 20+ letters which would not fit nicely in the title field.

2023 18. feb. 18:43 • I wouldn't recommend translating it that was because the text will be way too small.
I'm planning to add the English name of the card to the hover tooltip (but only at the beginning of the game when it matters).
