I looked at a bug report and saw that it was non-bug due a lack of knowledge about one of the tiles.
Problem is that with this implementation, it's not obvious which tiles have been placed and it is therefore not obvious which tiles we should lookup in the rules before playing...
The implementation already tells us where quests will appear on the next round but that is not all the relevant information on the setup card.
So it would be nice to be able to see that setup card. Possibly with it only showing the parts that are applicable to the number of players in the game.
Alternatively, or in addition to that, the descriptive in the game options could (and IMO should) list those tiles.
Currently, when selecting hard mode when creating the game, I just see a short:

This could contain much more information:
- list explicitly the added cities and (compared to easy mode or to normal mode but I think I would prefer to easy mode)

And maybe even add explicitly that players should lookup those tiles in the rules before playing.

Ziņojuma vēsture
I agree that player's should need to open the rulebook just to see what the setup consists of, but I don't want to go so far as to start making lists of items underneath the pulldown.
This information is well-suited for the How to Play section, which is a user-editable wiki. That section is also linked to prominently from BGA's new game start page. Meanwhile, if you have succinct changes for the pull-down descriptions, I'm happy to make those too, but it's going to need to be a summary in a few words rather than a list. Just follow up here with rewording suggestions and I'll reopen.
Note that I don't mean the text in the pull-down menus (those have to stand on 1 line) but the text just below once the options has been selected.
For the French version of the wiki that is.
